Your team’s plan sets its members, projects and monthly model credits. The credit pool belongs to the team, resets on the first of each month (UTC) and does not roll over. When it runs out, model work (web drafting, imports, checks and sends) is refused with 402 credits_exhausted until an owner or admin upgrades or the month turns. Downgrading never deletes anything. See Billing in the portal for your team’s current plan and usage.
